Exp Content Document Name: cardiac pacemaker lead dislocation of the reasons for the initial Introduction: the purpose of pacemaker implantation in patients followed up to observe the dislocation of Pacemaker Lead, analyze and explore the reasons for dislocation of the electrode wires. Methods 1065 cases of clinical data of patients with implanted pacemakers, 24 patients with pacemaker electrode wire dislocation, 7 cases VVI / VVIR pacemaker, and the remaining 15 cases with DDD / DDDR pacemaker. Results A total of 24 electrode wire dislocation, in which electrode wire was shifted in 15 cases, 9 cases of dislocation micro-wire electrodes, 11 for the ventricular electrode wire, 13 for the atrial electrode wire. Dislocation of the electrode wire 23 for the bipolar electrode wire, a conductor for the unipolar electrode. Dislocation occurred in 3 cases of syncope, 3 patients had symptoms of amaurosis. Conclusion atrial ventricular electrode wire electrode wire dislocation rate is higher than most of the electrode wire dislocation occurred after 1 week. Bipolar electrode wire after an increase in the clinical application of electrode dislocation caused by higher than unipolar pacing electrode wire, the elderly are heart disease combined electrode wire based on increased risk of dislocation. In addition, the electrode wire into dislocation and surgeon experience may be relevant.
Objective To follow up the patients with pacemaker, observe the condition of pacemaker lead disl

ocation, to explore the cause of lead dislocation. Results Summarizing the clinical data of 1065 patients with pacemakers, 7 patients with VVI / VVIR pacemakers and 15 patients with DDD / DDDR pacemakers. Methods We report 24 pacemaker leads dislocation, 15 leads were visible dislocated, 9 leads were mildly dislocated, including 11 ventricular leads, 13 atria leads.During the dislocation leads, 23 were bipolar leads, and one wa .
