Methods Retrospective analysis of 72 patients confirmed the clinical data of PBC patients. Results (1), 8 males and 72 cases, female 64 cases, male: female 1:8, mean age (50.8 12.5) (26 ~ 81) years old, diagnosed in recent years, the number increased significantly. (2) The main clinical features were jaundice (93.0%), fatigue (87.5%), loss of appetite (80.5%), pruritus (41.7%) and splenomegaly (63.9%), hepatomegaly (29.2%) .20 patients (27.8%) had other autoimmune-related diseases. (3) The main anomaly detection, including : hyperbilirubinemia (93%), ALP increased (95.8%), -GT increased (88.9%), AST increase (93.0%), ALT increased (80.6%), elevated serum IgM (83.8%). anti-mitochondrial antibody (AMA) positive rate of 81.4%, anti-M2 positive rate of 70.3%. AMA-negative PBC and AMA-positive PBC, no significant difference in clinical symptoms. (4) 38 patients got better, the total effective rate 58.5% conventional liver drug is ineffective, addition of ursodeoxycholic acid or corticosteroids have a certain effect. Conclusion PBC more common in middle-aged women in recent y
