Abstract Objective: Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) patients and the incidence of various arrhythmia mechanisms. Methods: 200 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy underwent 12-lead ECG, echocardiography and chest X-ray examination, statistical incidence of various arrhythmias. Results: 200 patients with DCM patients, the normal rhythm in 66 patients (33%), atrial rhythm of 88 cases (44%), ventricular arrhythmia in 36 cases, 34 cases of intraventricular conduction block, AV block in 9 patients. Conclusion: DCM patients about 2 / 3 of the arrhythmia to atrial arrhythmias up to about 50%.

Abstract: Objective: To analyses the incidence and the mechanisms of cardiac arrhythmia in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). Methods: The 200 DCM patients all adopted electrocardiogram, echocardiogram and chest x four (17%) patients had intraventricular conduction block; (5) nine (4 5%) patients had atrioventricular block; (6) two (1%) patients had sick sinus syndrome.Conclusion : Patients with DCM have a strong propensity to occur cardiac arrhythmias (2 / 3), in which the atrial arrhythmia is most (44%).
