Abstract: Objective To observe the bone marrow side effect of treatment of chronic osteomyelitis. Methods The chronic osteomyelitis SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: I group of bone marrow side, bone marrow side group, control group and blank group. 1 month of treatment, observation of WBC, RBC, E-C3bRR, E-ICR, serum lysozyme content, bone X ray, histopathological indicators. The results of bone marrow side I, group and control group difference was significant (P <0.01); RBC, E-C3bRR, E-ICR, indicators of bone marrow serum lysozyme content side I, group was significantly better than the control group ( P <0.01). Light microscope, bone marrow histopathology side I, group was significantly better than the control group and blank group; electron microscopy, bone marrow side I, extent of the damage of cell structure than the control group and blank group. Conclusions Treatment of chronic osteomyelitis of bone marrow has a good effect, suggesting that its improved immunity, promote micro-circulation and promote bone related.
