ildren is relatively rare, old injury is more rare. Treatment more complicated. Since 1997 our department treated 15 patients with 26 fingers, better, the report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods Clinical data: A total of 15 patients, 10 males and 5 females. Ages 2 to 12 years, mean 76 years old. Injury site were ~ area. That do not: 4 thumb, index finger 6, 9 middle finger, ring finger and 4, little finger 3. Cuts in 9 cases, fireworks injured in 6 cases. The shortest operation time after injury from 15 months up to 6 months, an average of 36 months. Treatment: 5 refers to the direct suture tendon, tendon graft 12 that, extensor digitorum longus tendon graft 4 fingers, ring finger flexor digitorum superficialis tendon 5 fingers. Lysis of 10 refer to the second tendon (all tendon transplant.) Results 12 patients were followed up for 2 21 that were more than 1 year. Method according to TAM .
