Abstract: Objective: To compare the observed primary hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with QT dispersion. Methods: 15 patients with body surface electrocardiogram measured hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and 42 patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with QT dispersion (QTd) and the corrected QTd (QTcd), and with hypertension without left ventricular hypertrophy and normal control group for comparison. Results: (1) two groups of patients with ventricular hypertrophy were significantly higher than that of QTd and QTcd hypertension without left ventricular hypertrophy and normal control group (P <0.01) (2) of more than two ventricular hypertrophy were no significant demolition of various means School differences; (3) 60ms patients, two groups of ventricular hypertrophy in patients with complex ventricular arrhythmias ( Lown level) no significant difference between the incidence, but higher than left ventricular hypertrophy without hypertension.
