Abstract: 29 cases of MDS patients by testing peripheral blood (PB) and bone marrow (BM) specimens were detected in 39 cases with MDS and 48 normal differential diagnosis of other diseases have the PB samples of patients. The results showed that: MDS peripheral blood neutrophil granule integral (G-score), Pelger abnormality percentage (PPP) and the normal control group, there were significant differences (P <0.001). MDS group of PB, BM of G-score, PPP has significant correlation. MDS Group PGB-score, PPP and the bone marrow granulocyte and total dysplasia has significant correlation. Show that the PPP peripheral blood G-score and indirectly reflects the degree of bone marrow dysplasia in MDS diagnosis, differential diagnosis and bone marrow examination have complementary roles.
