Metabolic acidosis is the most common type of acid-base balance disorders, is increased or extracellular HCO3-H caused by primary loss of HCO3-reduced (<21mmol / L) and PH levels (<7.35) as characteristics. ydrase (CA) and sodium - hydrogen exchange protein I (NHEI) activity. Methods 24 Wistar rats were randomly divided into acute group and chronic group. Acute acute group was divided into control group and acute metabolic acidosis, chronic group was divided into control group and chronic chronic metabolic acidosis group (n = 6). Acute group were treated with intravenous infusion 4mmol/kg ^-1h ^-1HCl 4 hours, chronic group were 0.28mmol / L NH4Cl feeding 7 days, acute and chronic construct metabolic acidosis model; the control group were given equal 0.9% saline. Acute group were 0 hours, 2 hours and 4 hours, chronic group 0 days, 1 day, 3 days, 5 and 7 days of tail vein blood collected 0.5ml, measured after heparin blood gas analysis. Wilbur and other methods based on determination of erythrocyte CA activity; by confocal laser microscopy, application of H ^ + ion fluorescence probe (BCECF-AM) and stained red blood cell changes in pH value; by cell acidification recovery of intracellular pH, rate detection of the condition function in the cell membrane NHE change. Results of acute metabolic acidosis activity decreased red blood cell NHE (P 0.05). Conclusion The acute metabolic acidosis, decreased activity of erythrocyte NHE , but the pHi and red blood cell CA activity did not change significantly; chronic metabolic acidosis can significantly affect the red blood cell pHi, CA, and NHE activity.
