Abstract: Objective analysis of knee osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) X-ray and MRI and to compare the sequence of the detection value of the lesion. Plain film knee uptake method, routine coronal and sagittal T1WI, proton density weighted image (PDWI), T2WI, fast low angle excitation (FLASH) T2 ^ * WI. Select the data are complete and have been confirmed OCD 36 cases (38), double-blind method of using X ray and MRI signs of the analysis; compare the sequence of the lesion detection rate. Results (1) lesions occur in the medial ankle (24, 63.2%), typical type, extended and center the following types were 55.3% (21/38), 15.8% (6 / 38), 28.9% (11/38). (2) the X-ray findings stripped from the articular surface of the small pieces of bone, bone-chip high density, sharp edges, surrounded by a circle marked radiolucent line, the next piece to accommodate the bone fossa. (3) MRI showed small focal lesions of articular cartilage under, sagittal appear before half-moon in 38 cases, 14 cases of coronary wedge appear before the short bar 24. Lesions on T1WI showed low or equal signal in T2WI, FLASH T2 ^ * WI lesion surrounded by a low or high signal zone, subchondral bone plate disappeared or thinning of articular cartilage fracture partially visible or disappear. (4) T1WI higher detection rate of lesions. Conclusion (1) OCD have a more unique performance of X-ray and MRI, MRI can be made more specific to their diagnosis. (2) T1WI higher detection rate of lesions.
