Primary biliary cirrhosis is a relatively rare inflammatory cholestasis intrahepatic bile duct diseases. Liver biopsy specimens showed histological damage of small bile ducts, granuloma and lymphocytic infiltration, pathological findings often resemble sarcoidosis or lymphoma. A retrospective evaluation of 21 patients with liver biopsy proven primary biliary cirrhosis CT scan. Age 33, a 66-year-old, female 19 cases. 21 cases, 18 cases (86%) found in serum anti-mitochondrial antibodies. The diseases associated with hypothyroidism (n = 5), Sjdgren syndrome and pernicious anemia (2 patients), scleroderma, and Raynaud's phenomenon (1 case). The CT showed lymph adenopathy in any area increased more than 3 lymph node, or lymph nodes near the heart of the second diameter greater than Ic; gastric lymph node diameter greater than the liver ligament 8mm, portacaval lymph node gap, regardless of their diameter how, before and after the Trail .
